Et All, Inc. was formed June 1996. Joseph R. Caruso, president, operates Et All, Inc. with over 40 years of investigative and business experience. As a former Detroit Police Officer, he has directed many investigations and prosecutions at the local, state, federal and international level. After an outstanding law enforcement career, Mr. Caruso directs the day-to-day operations of Et All, Inc. and personally directs and maintains the high quality, integrity and details that are necessary to conduct the finest background investigations in the field.

Mr. Caruso is assisted by Judith Caruso. She directs and coordinates our staff in the background investigation division. Judy has over 30 years of detailed experience in the information-gathering field. She worked 11 years as vice-president of a major California litigation service company.
